Constant lower abdomen pain and back

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My period didnt come for 2 months (oct and nov) but it came last dec. I assure you that it is not spotting it is real menstruation based on the amount of blood i bleed that month.. few days before i have my period my lower abdomen hurts like crazy.. and during my period i experienced dysmenorrhe ( as always ).. but now its already jan i still have some pain on my lower abdomen and also at my back and also i think my lower abdomen is getting bigger but it is soft. Please advise
