Constant itching and redness

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I've been having this constant itching and redness on the lower end of my vaginal opening. it appears to be some kind of grayish rash which has like a small pore in its mouth where its reddish and usually this itching happens mostly at night because of which i cannot sleep properly at night
