Constant itching
8 months back iam affected with ringworms around my genitals, i used some creams & it went off but itching is not cured. since then feeling heavy itch on testicles, penis, groin area daily. i used Clop G & clotrimazole powder whenever feels heavy itch but of no use.

Have u try Ayurveda...i m not commenting on any pathy but i thing is that when u use cream over there the immunity get decreases and the infection occurs recuurently...have u notice that with that medicines the infection will decreases to some extent but again its start with in few days or mnths...so the reason behind in these is the immunity....If its fungal infection then there is a chance of spreading the diseases to others....see i m prescribing some medicine have it u urself will see rhe result..yup i knw after these medicines there is a chance that spot will gone because of steroid in it and itchings remains all these are related ro immunity...

1.patola + nimba + triphala + musta + vatsaka + manukka each 10 gm mix all and take 1 tsp twice a day..
2. Gandhaka rasayana + Aamlaki..25 tab of gandhaka and 5gm Amlaki mix both and have half tsp twice a day...
3. Champakadi + rasmanikya + krumikuthar ras...take Chamoapadi and Rasmanikya 4 small tsp and take 10 tab of krumikuthar mix all and have half tsp twice a day...

keep ur nails small so it cant spread to others area..avoid scratcting...
While washing ur cloth add 1 tsp of dettol in it...
After bath dry your whole body after that nly wear cloth because wet condition will increase the itching....
Wash ur towel,bedsheet atleast once in a week...

⢠Meds: griseofulvin 500-1000mg QD, itraconazole 100mg QD, terbinafine 250mg QD, tolnaftate topical, Fluconazole 200mg day 1, then 100mg QD
Antifungal choices include terbinafine, miconazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole, econazole, naftifine, and (uncommonly) ciclopirox applied bid for 10 to 14 days.
Itraconazole 200 mg po once/day or terbinafine 250 mg po once/day for 3 to 6 wk may be needed in patients who have refractory, inflammatory, or widespread infections.
