For as long as i can remember ive always had migraines im a 22 year old woman who experiences around 3 migraines a week so about 12 per month they come in all different forms sometimes its on one side of my brain (left or right) other times its on all four sides of my cranuim other times its in the back of my head , they make me dizzy and also sometimes they make me nauseous. I drink about 1-2 water bottles a day.
