Hi
My wife is having severe headache with mild pain in back of neck . It remain for days or so.
Same feeling I am also having from.past 15 days .
Please let me know is it stress, tension related or there may be some other reasons.

There are many reasons. It may be only muscular pain due to change of pillow/ big pillow..
It's may be cervical Spodylitis..
