Constant headache left side of the head
I was suffering from heft side unbearable headache for a month. I took ct scan brain and sinus. sinus impression: minimal mucosal thickening in the left maxillary and bilateral ethmoidal sinus. soft tissue is seen obstructing the bilateral infundibula. Nasal septum deviates to the left with a bony spur mildly indenting the left inferior turbinate. hypertrophic bilateral inferior turbinates. bony septum in the bilateral maxillary sinus. Bilateral chronic mastoiditis.

Hello.. You need to meet an ent specialist as you will have to take treatment for the sinusitis as well  as the deviated nasal septum...And the spur you have...As the headache is due to all these multiple issues only... You may also require surgery for it...Thank you
