Constant headache
I have been having a headache and snoring for years. A few years ago I have prescribed to take two tabs (telekast - L & Rozart-F) at bed time (about 9.30pm) and one puff Meta spray each nostril for every morning.

Telecast-l and spray are meant to control any allergy due to which airways may obstruct leading to snoring.if u are getting positive results from this then u know the cause of snoring in ur case.if so then consult Ayurveda If not consult Ent again as is is no use to keep having it.secondly,rosary-f is prescribed for high cholesterol levels or preventive med in case of heart ailments. pl get lipid profile done if not in last one year
