Constant headache & fever for 20 days

Question

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Fever, sore throat, cough and headache and head heaviness for 20 days. Went through stomach and neck ultrasound, blood tests, typhoid tests, sinusitis but all reports are fine. the last blood test showed "neutrophils show toxic changes".
