Constant headache and irregular periods

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I am 17 and I am experiencing dull pain on right back side of head. Its sometimes sharp. I have been experiencing it since past two and half month almost daily. Plus.. I am having irregular periods since a year. I only get periods when I take estrogen and progesterone medicine. But i stopped taking it now i switched to doing exercise (cardio and yoga) for making my periods regular naturally but its not working

If u r hvng secondary amenorrhoea you should investigate the reason of you not gtng ur periods.. Causes cn b many including hormonal issues ,obesity , pcos , thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts , endometriosis etc.. Initiate a direct consult for complete advise.. U may hv to undergo certain tests including an ultrasound for diagnosing..
