For over a year now I have been having an itch on the small portion of the sole of my foot. It itches all throughout the day, especially at night but nothing seems to make it worse or better.

Dear , don't worry But as u said it's long standing problem , better once u should visit doctor physically , to rule out is it the medical problem or not . Need of treatment or not .. Sometime changing life style also helps.. Wear smooth shoe Don't use hill shoe. . Specially cat like ... Before going sleep u keep your leg in warm water with salt mixed , then wipe and apply coconut oil and sleep .
