Constant flow semen after see ahot women

When I watch any hot image of women,a hot video in film my semen start flowing vigorously and sometes in night also when I am in sleep it comes out.i am 18 only and unmarried so I have tension that my semen is empty once day!!Please help me doctor my controller is going out from me.
