Constant fever > 100F

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I'm suffering from high fever & headache > 15 days. initially detected slight urine infection. took antibiotics for 1 week. still fever didn't subside. CBP tests shows normal. chest Xray & all blood test shows normal report. i even completed malaria course as doc said it might have relapse after a year. Still I get fever at night & shiver. Advice
