Constant feet and knee pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Pain in my feet arches. The pain starts from feet arches and starts spreading from ankles till the knees. I took Vitamin D3 & B12 vaccines earlier for 4-5 months but now when I undertook vitamin D3 test the reports were normal. When i soak my feet in hot water i get some relief. I play recreational sports daily on concrete.
