Constant fatigueness with chest pain
Occassional chest pain, chocking sensation moving upstairs,pain in left hand, unnecessary fatigueness ECG, ECCHO Screening, TMT, Tropnin I, PFT normal. Lipid profile high. HbA1c 6.2,PP 135-145. Blood CBC,Hb normal.ESR & RBC width higher. BetacapTR40, Tryptomer10,Rabeprazole,Thyroxine 25 last 6yrs.No diabetic med yet. What to do now?
