crying is an emotional state  it has nothing to do with eyes ,but as you  mentioned, excessive  crying will  cause more  watering  from  eyes and thereby affecting  the quality of tear.your cornea is an avascular structure. it derives it's  nutrition  mainly  from tears. that's why a person blinks 15 to 20 times a minute. but while  reading  and watching  t v laptop  or mobile  your blinking  is decreased  in both conditions ie crying and reading  your  cornea gets deprived of nutrition. as a result  first you feel  gritti  sensation and when  you ignore  it you develop  headache. you are using  refresh tears eye drops  ...good. .but  only this will not help.please  follow 20.20. formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. if possible please reduce  t v watching. to avoid  crying  keep yourself  buisy  and happy.inaddition use ocupol d eye oint to be rubbed twic da ily on li ds
