Constant cold and cough
My baby has got fever, cold n cough .Fever was cured after 7-8 days, I m giving her antibiotics n nasal drops but she has got severe cough and still has cold.. Shall I use alex junior or ambroxil syrup? She is 1.10 years old.

First of all stop antibiotics
Give her
Syrp. Relent plus 2.5 ml twice a day for 3 days
Syrp. Asthalin 2.5 ml twice a day for 3 days
Nasivion baby nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril 3 times a day for 2days
