Constant chest pain due to pleural effus
I m a vet surgeon ...my grandma is 90 yr old and suffering with chest pain and discomfort. Chest x ray and ct scan revealed presence of fluid inside the thorecic cavity..no TB, no any other abnormality but presence of certain suspected cells indicating the presence of malignancies but not confirmatory...doctor have dischareged her..pls help me and tell me diagnosis and treatment...plss as early as possible..
