Constant chest pain and breathing proble

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am 30 years man. Constantly I have chest pain and in that time I am not to able to breathe n feel very suffocate that time last night I couldn't sleep because of chest pain an suffocation. Is this something serious? What should I do now?) please help me out of it

If chest pain spreads to left arm and shoulder u have to see cardiac doctor. Because it may cause some issues later on and thorugh evaluation has to be done.
