Constant body pain headache, throat pain

I am having headache and throat pain from the morning. Since I was travelling through out the day I could not eat properly. Now, I m feeling fever and nearby my accommodation, there is no doctor. Luckily there is one medicine shop. Could you please suggest some medicine. Thank you

Hi, For Headache and throat pain you may take Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. Drink plenty of fluids. A detailed Medical history including fever, bodyache, rash, pain abdomen etc would be help in further management. You may also need to get investigated if fever persists.
