Constant bleeding

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hi ive been bleeding everyday now for the past two months. Some days are normal flow and other days it will be terrible. Because ill be standing anywhere. And a huge amount of blood will just come streaming out of me. Been to the doctor twice. Completed tranic prescription. But still bleeding a bit. What is wrong with me. What do i do now?
