Constant anxiety

I've been worrying about exposure to herpes. This happened after I borrowed my friend's dirty shorts he had 2 layers of clothing under the shorts this protected the shorts to touch any genitals. I am wondering if you could have contract herpes from wearing his shorts. I would appreciate if you could give me some answers and put my anxiety at rest and should I get tested??

herpes genitalis can spread through clothes/undergarments sharing or even sometimes by bed linen. Since your used short of your friend seems to be having 2 more additional layers.... infection spread is less possible. If you want to be sure and to get relief from anxiety..... Go for testing.
