I have been feeling this burden on my chest since days. I don't feel good, anywhere. I feel like escaping from everywhere. Recently something has happened and whenever something bad happens, I usually don't share it with anyone and it gets burdened up. So because of this recent thing that happened, it took me to the very first bad experience of my life. I just can't let it all go. I feel so damn stressed out. I can't fall asleep sometimes. I don't know what to do. I get panic attacks as well.
