Constant abdominal cramps

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Had sex day after my ovulation,period came 5 days early and last only 4 days, i normally have 6-7 days. I have constant abdominal cramps either side. I feel a bit nauseous, severe back ache. Past week i keep going to the bathroom around 10-12 times a day and wake up 3/4 times to go to loo. I have occasional headache. I went to see a doctor, had ultrasound and both urinary and kidney problems are ruled out. I have cravings for things i know i cant get my hands on. 3 negative test. Help me pls
