I had experienced pain in my ankle and sole occasionally but since my second pregnancy the pain has been consistent and increased. If I stand for more than 40mins it gets further worsened - it has now started affecting the knee, thigh muscle and lower back hip joint as well. Can someone advise what's the treatment ( have visited many doctors - they say its planter fasciitis, wearing soles and rest, massage does help but only momentarily ) please help
