Respected mam, from 3days I m facing this problem,on Monday I have pain in my upper part of breast then I think my baby will not able to suck full mil k.so it get duct.I massage it and wash it with lukewarm water.then its okk,but from yestrday night again it was so panic for me but this Time it was in lower breastof same side.what can I do plshelp
