My daughter is 2.5 years old ,after she woking up in the morning ,eyes are sticking to each other and mucus is discharging little bit .can anyone please help me with me to get ride of this .

May be conjunctivitis. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment. Pl keep her soap and towel etc separately.
