Conjunctival Bleed
My little daughter Manasvi just gone to Shirdi for Diwali , got cough and fever last 4 days and left eye sticking and reddening, pediatrician said its viral and will go in 2-3 days but its still their, we are worried, they met an accident while coming back from Shirdi but don't know if her eye was hit or not or it is due to cough cold, please advise

a. maintain eye hygiene
b. use two handkerchief (one for each eye)
c. keep hands clean
Treatment
a. antibiotic eyedrop
b. lubricating eyedrop
c. antibiotic ointment at night

It looks like a infective conjunctivitis will need antibiotic anti inflammatory combination.
If there is injury will need detailed retinal analysis.
