Conjugative jaundice
She was born on 30th April 2016, and have been suffering from conjugative jaundice. the level is decreasing and increasing and its not constant. last report on 16th June 2016 her total bilurubin count was 18 and direct was 14. thyphoid, ultrasound, liver(SGPT and SPOT) and torch test have been done and none of result are showing the real cause for this. We have been asked to consult a gastroentrologist and Doctor Akshay kapoor from delhi who is a visiting doctor from Delhi to rani hospital in Ranchi have been referred. we whave an apooint with him on 24th June 2016.

This child is having jaundice which is abnormal cos should not last so long after birth and so needs further evaluation. U should consult a gastroenterologist who will see records and advice further tests to rule out congenital causes of liver disease. Difficult to discuss all here over this platform.
