Hello doctor my 9 month old daughter having cold cough n fever.her chest makes noice when she breath....I m giving her nasivion nasal drop....but no recovery yet....plz suggests what to do

Give steam inhalations 4-5 times a day,use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block,but sparingly! Give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
