Please give paracetamol 15mg/kg/dose for three times in a day even if there's not fever that brings the congestion down Give any decongestants like tminic or maxtra p. I don't know where you are located. If it's in a swine flu affected zone kindly meet ur Pediatrician. If not then wait for 2-3 days usually cold and cough settles by then. Take care
