Congestion n cold .
My son parv age 18 months weigh 15 kgs is suffering from mild fever cough and congestion in chest with running nose . From last two days .

Azee (azithomycin ) 100 mg 6 ml od
Monteir Lc 5 ml od .
Paracetamol 5 ml Bd sos .

It is not advisable to start antibiotics without consulting the doctor.
Next Steps
Continue the same medications and meet the doctor if child is still symptomatic.
Give plenty of liquids/ warm soup.
