Confusion food poison or what

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My 4.8yr old child fell off his toy car and hit his back head to the door latch cried for sometime but was all normal,after 2 days he started vomiting ,stomach pain and diarrhea sometimes after eating red grapes,watermelon and outside foods too.what can it be .he is constantly telling stomach pain.giving ondem for vomiting and lanzol junior for stomach pain.what can be the issue.what should be done next.

Hi, Could be food poisoning or indigestion. Give plenty of liquids/ water to drink for hydration Avoid milk and milk products for couple of days
