My last period was 4th of Aug n we checked through home kit it is positive but I was facing a lots of stamouch pain. So went under scanning both ultra sound n vaginal but the result there is no gasetional sac found with endomentirium thickness 9mm showing is that sign of pregnant o wat

U got the scanning done too early,either u wait for two more weeks and then get the scanning done once again to see for gestational sac or u may get a betahcg blood pregnancy test done to confirm for pregnancy.
