Confusion about symptoms of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Please dr. Suggest me ---Slightly low BP(105/75) and increase heartbeat average 90 is sign of pregnancy?? My last period date was 2 July I have irregular period history but since 3-4 months it was regular.I am feeling extreme fatigue and sleepy all day.
