Confusing Body Problems
On Friday night, I had a tight pain in my chest, but I ignored it. The pain didn't affect me again until Monday, towards the end of the day I had it in my upper back too. Saturday to Monday, I had a tightness in my stomach and esophagus and nausea. Anytime I was up moving around I would feel like I was going to throw up and I was lightheaded. I am on my period, so I assumed it was just hormones. Today, Tuesday, I woke up around 7 something to constricting pain in my chest and upper back.

Your symptoms could be due to stress and nervousness also.  How is your sleep?. I suggest you to consult a nearby Homeopathic physician.   Homeopathy should be able to help you. If there is nobody nearby, you can consult me online.
