Confused whether I m pregnant or not
I have missed period of 8 days. I used to have regular periods. Urine pregnancy test is positive and blood test is positive.but there are no pregnancy symptoms at all. In scanning also doctor didn't see anything. Uterus endometrial thickness is 9 Mm.. Could U Pls let me know whether I m pregnant or not..my hcg levels are 1416..
