I am in confusion. I had a long standing pain issue since June 7 . After I extracted my teeth 28 . My radiologist kept saying my pain is due to two reasons ( image attached ) . But when I visit the oral surgeon with my Radiologist view he rejects the thing .
But My Radiologist assured me that pain is because of what he said whatsoever surgeon accept it or not
Look at what the radiologist send me , he also sent me my tooth images marked with his view , he also looked into my mouth prior to my radiographs taken

hello sir first of all a proper diagnosis on physical basis is required for this case as you are telling that pain is due to extraction of teeth see we need tgo be first sure that whether the pain is due to the extracted teeth or not maybe some other tooth is causing you this problem and it is not getting caught and if the same tooth side is responsible for pain then also it needs to be examined so that a proper treatment can be given and referring to the images you have attached most probably another tooth is causing this pain even that needs to be treated and as we can see your gums levels are going down that could be a possibility so that's why i would recommend you to get your physical examination done there is no point in waiting for the pain to subside by itself as it may further damages the tooth
