Confused about symptoms of pregnancy.

Hi dr. My regular period comes 5 days before the due date . This time,it should come on 3 as the date is 8, but it was missed and when I checked from preganews on 4, it came negative. I am having severe white discharge, severe pain in one of the breasts when touched and mild on another, nausea without vomiting , feels like full , tired, body temperature also increases . I am also having pain like periods in lower abdomen but am still not getting any . When do I need to go for urine test as home test is not coming accurate as per symptoms . Do I need to wait more till 13 as after one week of missed period  test is recoomended or go for urine test or now also it can give accurate results ? Please suggest . I am really worried. Thanks
