Asked for Male, 42 Years

Im a 42 male went to er couldn't pee, doc ran cbc test and urine, turns out I was overhydrated, my minerals were off, after an iv I started to trickle and eventually pee, doc comes in says your fines go home your healthy,befor he leaves I say doc what's the chances it might be prostate cancer, he said it's not based on the cbc ,how does he know?
