Hi all, I am currently 11 weeks pregnant . I am suffering with cold and cough. Doctor suggested to me use zincold . Is it safe to use in pregnancy ? Is cough can cause any problem in 11 weeks pregnancy?

It would be best to avoid medications in first trimester as vital organs form during this time. Conservative treatment for cough and cold is preferable.
