Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have an irregular cycle. My last lmp was 4/11/20. I'm worried about pregnancy. I had done b-hcg blood test on 4/12/20.report was negative. One gynecologist advice me to take primolut n for 5 days 3 time after food. The medication course was end by 12/12/20.as I till not get my period I again done urine pregnancy test with praganews kit with first morning urine by 14/12/20. Results was negative. Now I want to know that is there any chance of pregnancy as I have a irregular cycle? If not then why period will not come after taking medication of primolut n.
