My wife is 13weeks pregnant .we had done NT scan which shows nasal bone seen....?smaller in size. Cervical length 30mm Nuchal translucency 1.0 CRL 69mm Dual marker test details, Edwards syndrome 1:13 Patau's syndrome 1:117 Please suggest doctor has advised us for Amniocentesis. What are the chances of having a normal healthy baby with no physical and mental disorder.

The statistics have been mentioned one is to 13 Edward syndrome means after 13 baby screen one would be abnormal rest 12 would be normal Same for pataus 1 is to 117 Which means out of 117 babies screened one would be abnormal 116 would be normal Also the double market test is only a screening test you need a confirmitory test
