My blood sugar is fluctuations , my Hab1c level is 5.3 . My question is that which one of the test is the confirmation for daibetes FBS or PP or Hab1c.

How much fluctuations are you encountering? Your HbA1c is in the normal range assuming that your hemoglobin is normal and you don't have any hemoglobinopathy. If fluctuations are significant, you will need evaluation.

You don't have diabetes.HBA1C above 6.4 is confirmed diabetes.When HBA1C is under medical some conditions can't be considered, FBS above 126 mg and pp above 200 mg is diagnostic of diabetes.

HbA1c test is the confirmation test for diabetes, if it's more than 6.4 then you are having diabetes, as your test result is 5.3 it's confirmed that you are not diabetic. But sugar fluctuations can be there due to other underlying conditions which needs proper evaluation treatment and management. Kindly consult endocrinologist physically for proper evaluation.
