Conclusive hiv result

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have read in the internet that a 4th generation combo test (antigen and antibody) is conclusive at 4 weeks ? My partner sucked me 4 weeks back and today I tested for 4th gen combo test which came negative. Is it conclusive ? He only sucked me that's all
