If you have regular cycle means of 28 days then first and last seven days are safe and rest are unsafe.So you calculate like that and do sex from day 8 to day 18.

If you have a regular cycle of 28-30 days thn u should try in mid cycle from day 12/14/16/18. First day of your period you count as one and accordingly. Start folic acid tablet once a day
