Concerned about PID
I was treated for suspected BV about 6 months ago. Last month I noticed a swollen inguinal lymph node. I also have slight pain in my lower left abdomen. My tests (CBC, ESR and Urine routine) along with a pelvic & abdominal ultrasound came out normal, except 'minimal free fluid in pelvis'. All my routine STI tests were negative. However, I haven't got tested for Chlamydia and Gonhorreah yet. Should I get a cervical swab test done to rule out PID? ( I have NO other symptoms- fever, weight loss, irregular menstruation, etc). The lymph node swelling and the blunt lower abdominal pain persist.
