Concern on Aborting Early Pregnancy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am married since November last week & have skipped my periods this time. I have got my preg tests done and discovered pregnancy of 3-4 weeks. Please suggest, me and my husband are not ready for this baby and want to get this aborted. Is it safe if I want a baby later and how would the complications be? As I have been hearing from everyone arounds as it might affect the pregnancy where I am adviced that the abortion is possible via medicines which quite safe. I am very confused please help me!!
