Concern about pregancy

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I don't have any disturbance with my periods it come's 3-5 days only after my marriage I got abortion 10 months back.As I was continuous bleeding for 25 days doctor has given me tablet overall-G to continue for 3 months.After using this can I get pregnancy or any complication situations occur can you please help me
