Concern about health related to pro blem

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am not sexually active from last 3 months and during this time i got periods for 2 months regularly and this month my periods got delayed by 20 days and even after that i bleeded for less than three day even though usually i bleed for atleast 5-7 days so is there anything to concern about in it ?
