I am a 37-year-old unmarried woman. I first noticed symptoms of PCOS when I was 31. Until recently, my menstrual cycles were regular, occurring every 28–30 days, with a flow lasting only 2 days. Over the past two months, my periods have been delayed, coming on 31 days, and this month my period has not yet started despite it being 31 days already.
I usually experience breast pain before my periods, and currently I am having side breast pain This is causing me significant stress. I am getting married in 3 months and I am very concerned about my ability to conceive given my age and PCOS history.
Could you please advise me on whether this will make it difficult to bear a child, and what steps I should take now?
Thank you for your guidance.

Wait for a week for menses to start
If periods are regular, you can conceive easily
Focus on lifestyle modification that means diet control and daily exercises
There are a collection of tests to be done to assess and understand fertility status of a couple. You can get investigated. I would need more elaboration on the breast pain though
